Queens Bay HOA has recently installed brand-new mechanical push button door locks on all four exterior gates and the two pool gates. These locks are designed to enhance security and ease of access for all residents without the need for batteries or electronic components.
What Makes These Locks Special?
Reliability: The new mechanical locks are incredibly reliable. They don’t rely on batteries or electronic circuits, so they won’t be affected by power outages or electronic malfunctions.
Convenience: Say goodbye to fumbling for keys! With these push-button locks, access to our community areas has never been easier. Simply enter the code to gain entry.
Enhanced Security: These locks are designed to provide a higher level of security. The combination codes will be changed annually in May to match the drive-thru gate code, making it simple to maintain tight security in our community.
User-Friendly: We’ve made sure that these locks are user-friendly for residents of all ages. You won’t need a smartphone app or any technical expertise to operate them.
Using the new locks is as easy as 1-2-3:
Enter Your Code: Approach the gate and enter the 4-digit access code using the mechanical keypad.
Access Granted: Once you’ve entered the correct code, the lock will release, allowing you to turn the handle and open the gate.
Close the Gate: After entering or exiting, please make sure to securely close the gate behind you to maintain our community’s safety.
