Five juveniles trespassed into our community, causing a disturbance and creating an unsafe environment for our residents. On the afternoon of July 24th, five juveniles were spotted jumping over the wall near the mailboxes at Queens Bay HOA. They proceeded to run through the complex, banging and kicking on doors, disrupting the peace, and alarming many of our residents.

In a commendable display of vigilance, a long-term resident quickly responded to the situation. This tenant bravely gave chase to the juveniles, following them through the backside of the property, across the golf course, and down to the channel area. Thanks to the resident’s swift actions, one of the five juveniles was successfully detained until the police arrived on the scene.
