We wanted to remind everyone about our parking guidelines.
Please remember that Bays 1, 2, and 3 are designated for cars, trucks, and golf carts, while Bays 4, 5, and 6 are for watercraft, off-road vehicles, and trailers. This helps to ensure that all vehicles are parked in the appropriate areas and keeps our community looking neat and organized.
We also want to remind everyone that parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and saving spaces is not allowed. So, if you see a spot that’s just perfect for your vehicle, don’t hesitate to park!
About a year and a half ago i received a warning on my golf cart for parking in the first row near the building. Not sure if that is Bay 1. After visiting this last week and seeing another golf cart parked there, and then after reading the new parking regulations, is it now ok to park my golf cart there?

If you buy a 2 Bedroom condo at Queens Bay do you get your own parking space assigned to you exclusively? And is there exclusive parking for a 2021 Tiffin class A motorhome Diesel 33AA 35foot?
Thank you for your interest in Queens Bay. Parking is currently unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We do have longer parking spaces that may accommodate a motorhome; however, these are also fist-come, first-served, and exclusive parking is not available.
